As i know you can't combine two Origin accounts or either transfer the game, if a Code is redeemed once it's gone and it will be linked to the Account it's been used on.

All i think you can do is maybe talk to where you got the Code from, if it's possible to take the access to this game away from your account (like remove it) and instead giving you a new code.

But as you said you got it via the Nvidia bundle it'll probably be hard to do so, as Nvidia will not be able to take it off your Origin account that actually belongs to EA and on the other hand they would have to provide you a new Code tho as you actually had it from them.

That's my guss.
