HDR is disabled?

Hello,

In my graphics setup HDR is greyed out so I can't select.  Looking it over, it says it is off.  My monitor confirms it is OFF while playing the game.

Any idea how I can enable it?

I own an AMD 6900XT using the latest drivers if it matters.
