Re: Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

What makes this even more frustrating (for me anyway) is the fact that I spend 30min to an hour just to get past the queue and play a Multiplayer game. If they would only enable full progression for solo/co-op, I would play a ton more, I am just about at the end of my rope with this and am about to uninstall. I did buy this game for the solo mode that is now gimped.

Wish they would hurry up and decide what they doing with this. Just had some player in chat just said they reported me, because I didn't manage to get a kill in a game that I joined, that was nearly finished ha. Honestly what a joke. I mean who reports someone for not managing to get a kill.

Quicker solo/coop and custom portals xp and unlock progression comes back the better. 

@Spidder81I guess it's the same people that say you should not be able to have progression in Solo or to do weekly challeges in solo, because you are not worthy enough. Probably the same people that frag a lot of dudes, but never push for the objective.

@MDBuzzi just hide the chat now its usually just people constantly insulting each other anyway and seems toxic af at the moment

@HustlerOneRavenExactly, these are the kind of people to brag all about they're skills but at the end of the day they have next to none and usually sit at the low end of the leader board, I play a lot of Tarkov, if you know the game, you get how frustrating it can be to play at times, I'd love to see a Battlefield fanboy play it for a couple minutes and watch him rip the hair out of his head. Seriously it's come to a day and age where people don't have any respect anymore for how you wanna play games anymore. and how companies treat developer studios and make them poor chooses on games that everyone loves just to ruin it for the sake of money.

I found it funny that they added the limited time 64 player Conquest and Breakthrough maps which are playable in Solo/Co-Op, yet they didn't change the standard Conquest/Breakthrough maps on Solo/Co-Op to 128 player. So they're exactly the same...

To be honest I'm not even that mad anymore. This is why.

Just think about it. We can unlock every single character, weapon and weapon attachment and level to S999 in PvE even if it's less xp per match. The only thing we can't do is unlock the T1 skins for specialists/guns or the T2/T1 the badges.

The T2 and T1 stuff is just cosmetics... That's it!

In COD and other games there are already a lot of skins that can only be obtained in PVP multiplayer.

In the end these are no different.

Besides, the bots don't care what skins we are wearing so again does it really even matter in the end? Especially since some of the earlier skins we can get are better anyways?

The game still has problems but I would say this isn't one of them anymore.

Don't forget about not being able to do weeklies and possibly battle pass progression in bot matches

Anyways, let's see what the player count will be on steam at least after the sale and free weekend

Call me a conspiracy theorist but.....

Im starting to think that they were just waiting for the xp farms after release so they would have a good excuse to put a restriction on these modes, knowing that people bought this for solo/coop and/or custom portal only so they could make as many sales as they could knowing the state its in, and the way the quote about unlocks and progression could be taken by a lot of people.

Considering they knew as far back as July xp farms could be a problem and still did nothing to implement safeguards against the farms. I mean it could have been as simple as putting an xp ban on AI whose health was put below 100% when someone was creating a server. Cant tell me they couldnt implement this simple safeguard  (even as a starting point) when they had 5-6 months until release.

@sagagt505Essentially, i did tweet totalfps and he responded with a small tweet, but nothing like this, This would be an amazing thing to wake up to on the 20th

So as to the person who thought they were gonna make it so that you need to buy shortcut kits, I wouldn't be surprised and that is a great guess

@Jesse165 That's fine if that's how you feel, but I think most of us didn't buy the game for that. I regret my purchase, because casually working toward Teir 1 skins with my friends was a big part of why I bought the game. Everyone of them has quit, over a dozen players. Not all were PVE only but the core group (8 ish) was.  

I deeply regret not refunding when progression was initially turned off.
