DICE TeamMissing Loadouts A rare issue that could sometimes cause a data call to fail on our end now has a fix developed, and is presently in testing.
We're keen to roll this one out to you all and make sure that you don't have that frustration of needing to reconnect to a server.

@EA_AticThank God. I got this bug 3/5 games on the Series X today, though I noticed it only happens when I’m put in a server where the match is just starting. For some reason, it reared its ugly head worse than usual for me today. Wonder why and whether there’s something that can be done to prevent it. When this happens to me, I can’t deploy at all, even after doing the workaround in which you create a new loadout in the menu screens. The workaround never works for me for some reason, so I pray this fix comes quickly.
Happy that a fix is coming, although I would call it anything but "rare". It happens more often than not (XSX, EU).
As said earlier here, usually on a just starting game. Joining a game that has already started usually doesn't have this bug.
Spent several times already up to 15 minutes to find a game without that bug...
Played 5 games tonight and had the loadout bug 5 times, that is how rare it is.

"We’re also seeing that on rare occasions that you’re unable to spawn on the server with your intended loadout. We believe we’ve discovered the issue and it will be fixed in our Update #2 on November 25."

After the second update I still consistently have missing loadouts, gun customizations, and vehicle modifications. The game currently doesn’t allow me to play the builds I make (loadouts). I wouldn’t call this a “rare occurrence”, please prioritize fixing this issue. Screenshot provided, taken on 11/25. Thank you and happy thanksgiving.
this needs to be addressed sooner than "early december".
this bug effects me in 9 out of 10 matches that i join (in all out warfare). same for my friends that play (PS5 and PC)
every match i have to choose my weapon, add all the attachments, add all of my vehicle attachments, as well as set all of my skins again.
as far as I'm concerned this is the biggest and most frustrating bug currently in the game.
A fix/patch needs to be pushed earlier than 2 weeks from now, i've been dealing with this since day one of the early release.

A "rare issue"? Every 2nd game for me...at best, worst its like that for a whole evening of play.
For a game where a big part of the grind is unlocking vehicle/weapon enhancements, having to reapply every single one every time it happens is just utterly deflating. Funny thing...the more I unlock and earn, the more obnoxious it becomes to keep sorting.
For people that haven't figured it out, if you select your specialist and press start and go to "collection" you can make a new loadout. This has worked in every round where I've encountered this bug. If you don't select your specialist first you will not be able to add a new loadout.
Any news on this issue?
It was mentioned in the blogpost regarding Update #2 that update #3 was going to fix it.
It is still not fixed. you have pinned this post, but not said a word about when it is going to get fixed.
Seems like you don't know what's causes this bug.
I thought this was fixed in the update, still happening. So frustrating. It is not rare. 😞

Hi, I'm still facing that problem. Not resolve with update 3 from yesterday!!!
Additionaly to the non selectable loadout (black menu) I have the problem that if the load out issue occurs my whole settings for operators, weapons and vehicles are getting set back to default after that match.
I just reported that issue.
Do you have some more information about that?

Hi Guys!
It could be random but read on Twitter that this bug happens when you equip your new gear/awards when being rewarded straight after the match. Tried it yesterday and kept my gear for 3 matches.. Will delete this post if it isn't the case, and don't have time to play any more matches before Monday. Please try 🙂
