Re: Audio Issues PC

@EA_IlliumAt I was able to record the audio while playing music and opening the game. At the 24 second mark is when the game is open and the audio gets muffled, at the 49 second mark the game closes and the audio returns to normal. My laptop drivers are on the latest version, the bluetooth headphones don't have drivers. The audio can be accessed from my google drive.

EXACTLY the same issue here with bluetooth earbuds; just went to use them on game for first time as like, wtf is this!? Sounds like the audio is underwater it's so muffled; windows 11, all other audio outside the game is fine!

    Hey @mikemarolia @MalcolmGraves

Thanks for the update, I've had this happen before. Can you make it happen again and check your volume controls to see if it's set to the Stereo or Hands-free AG Audio device? (typically the AG Audio should sound like this) and see if you can switch to the one it's not on to have sound return?

**Clip from my Bluetooth headphones name may be different based on the device you have.

If not, are there nonbluetooth headphones or speakers to see if this happens?

  • @EA_Illium I don't have a hands-free option just speakers and my headphones. The audio issue is only with bluetooth headphones and when the game is open

  • @EA_Illium Have tested all variations of settings with bluetooth headphones; still the same 'muddy' audio but only within the game - everything else fine! Tried the game with wired in headphones also; perfectly fine so is clearly a bluetooth audio issue
