Matchmaking Failed error

For some reason a great amount of people on xbox and Playstation is a having a issue that when you start a match a " matchmaking failed " error is occurring, I hope you do a quick fix on this issue because it's being pretty annoying. ( 3:9400 or 3:94005S/3:94004S)
