Just a quick update on this I was playing a round tonight and I got all the unlocks at once.

@Ironhead841 @g4guri poke EA Support they can sort out with any missing unlocks. Let them know its a mastery unlock that its stuck.

It was the attachment unlocks for me but now it seems to be working.
- @EA_Atic They do nothing. Only write a note that the bug ist still up to date. I tried the support. This person done nothing only make a note...
Yeah, 2 months ago they said they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it but I haven't seen anything that say they are going to address it in patch notes. The issue popped up again for the ghostmaker r10 and sundance mastery. I am somewhat baffled that this is still a problem at this point in the game. I honestly hope that they will fix this issue soon.
AM40 attachments are not unlocking beyond 30 kills for me, even though I have over 100 kills now.
This is such an old bug still hanging around for so many months now, hard to be understanding or sympathetic as to why they have not yet fixed this.
@EA_Atic Don't come with the EA Live Support it is clear that they don't really help, do they even take notes or a in direct contact with the Community?!
How come that a simple Unlock feature is bugged and not fixed yet?!I know that coding can be extremely hard but instead of just pushing more and more bugged content, how about fixing the current stuff so that the Performance may increase further and make the game less buggy?!
I still try to see atleast something good here, that doesn't make me think why i dumped money into the pile of y'know.... but it's getting very hard.
- @BigShottt You would think they would by now have added a contigency where where can force unlock the attachments if their progress bars are full by holding the left mouse button while hovering over them.
It must be easier than having the EA support specialists edit our account data one player at a time. Hello I found a little workaround that might help some people with the attachment unlocks if they have not yet done 360 kills with a gun (aka the milestone with the final unlock).
I had that usual issue with that new AM4 assault rifle where some attachments were not unlocking when reaching the kills milestones.
But if I closed the game completely before the next attachment milestone and then restarted the client, when I reached the next kills milestone the whole thing would unclog and I would get both the new and the older attachments unlocked. This is how I managed to fix the AM4 attachments this time and get all of them without having to do another plea to the support team, saving them time.
...and here's EA's official response via their support email:
"As a player, I would like to request you please wait until the team is not resolved this issue. But our is resolved this issue as soon as possible no worry we are here with you always to solve your problem".
It's important to understand that I've copy/pasted this verbatim, with no changes...it is exactly as it was sent to me via EA support.What this support person was trying to say is this is an issue that they are already aware of and that it is best to wait for an official solution. Could you believe how horrendous the use of language is in that response. I mean it doesn't say much for EA's professionalism when they are willing to hire folks with such poor communications skills.
But I guess this is what you get when you buy games from a multi-billion-dollar organization who's only willing to pay $3 per hour for their helpdesk agents.

When I contacted support due to these progression unlock issues, one of their support staff kept sending me kisses š¤£
Lucky me! Shame my issue wasn't resolved though.

It has never failed me so far.
If I restart the client a bit before reaching the kills for the final attachment, I get all the previous stuck attachments unlocked as well.

Mastery levels for the SFAR-M GL are stuck and won't go up. I am level 36 on this gun.
I have tried every game mode available and none of them have unstuck the current level. I also tried hosting portal modes with no luck..Attachment unlocks still count up.
- EA_Atic@chrisco93 so more kills don't increase the level of the gun? I just want to be crystal clear.
/Atic Correct. More kills don't increase the mastery level of the gun. I have been stuck on 1112 kills for about a month. This is the only gun in my collection that is doing this.
I have one final locked scope attachment for the gun and progress is able to go up without any issues. It is only the general kills/vehicles destroyed that doesn't go up.
