Hey @thehoffmann, @7empePL, I am very sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues.
The PL stands for Packet Loss and a PL of 2% is indeed, pretty bad, it means that at least 2% if the required data isn't being received.
May I ask how you normally play the game? Is this via ethernet (cable) or wifi? - @EA_Leeuw Im using cable, i allso tryed a wifi connection, same problem.
I even tryed uninstalling the game and re-download it, clear the cache and all that stuff.. Nothing seems to be working. I never had this problem before the season 1 update.
I dont have a high end PC, but i really dont think its a hardware problem. :-(
My specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz (6 CPUs), ~2.9GHz with 16gb ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 - EA_Leeuw3 years ago

@thehoffmann, I indeed highly doubt that it has something to do with your PC hardware setup itself, but more with your local connection or something wrongly configured at your ISP. See, Packet Loss is network related and it means that there's something on your network, or between your connection to the servers, that is causing these issues for you.
You can try to perform some network specific troubleshooting steps, I will post the links here, but I personally think that it's more likely that there's something going on with your ISP.
Have you also tried to give your modem/router a reset or change your DNS server by any chance?
These are the links I was talking about:

Advanced: http://x.ea.com/ea/advanced-connection-ts
PC:
https://support.microsoft.com/windows/fix-network-connection-issues-in-windows-166a28c4-14c1-bdb1-473c-09c1571455d8 That didnt work, tryed resetting router, tryed calling my ISP, they didnt see any problems... It helped out a little bit when i set dx12 to "on" but lg still comes, just without the packet loss.

@thehoffmann, that's unfortunate to read. Unfortunately, Packet Loss isn't really something we can help with from our side, since this is caused by the connection from the players side to the servers etc.
Maybe this post can help you out? - WeaponizedIdiocy3 years agoNew Adventurer@EA_Leeuw I also have experienced this most matches since season 1 has landed. Lets not just stick the blame onto the user, ever since season 1 has landed there have been lots of people complaining about it, obviously something has changed, it's not our end.

Thanks. - WeaponizedIdiocy3 years agoNew Adventurer@EA_Leeuw There is nothing wrong with my network and those tips are just saying reconnect to your network, useless.
It's a server issue that has happened since season 1 has dropped. Nothing about this before, now everyone is talking about it.
Thanks
