Iron sight hit point on AK24 misaligned with Dead-center skin

Platform:  PC

When using the Dead-center skin for the AK24 and ADS'ing with iron sights, the hit-point is not the aim-point.

Instead, the hit-point is below the aim-point.

I have not tested this with all other skins, however the default skin is not affected by this bug.
