check wire-connection............Error Connection Timeout
check ISP............Error Connection Timeout
uninstall Origin and BF2042 , clean folder , then install again......Error Connection Timeout
check DNS............Error Connection Timeout

check and restart Router.....Error Connection Timeout

before #1.1 update , everythings just fine
but after #1.1 update , time-out just happen

I think , maybe connect node set have trouble? is technical department change somethings?

I have the same problem.I bought Battle field a couple of days ago, and have had this problem since. I played the game and logged on before but it takes me about an hour to do so. Error Code: 1:3300J:100J:1400I:-5A( PlayStation 5)

@PD_Haroch Where u playing from? Taiwan here maybe its a node having trouble but I could nt find an specific bf2042 IP to trace it

Can you try going through the following to check if this continues?

• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check any AV or Firewall that might interfere/control network traffic
• Check your Modem/router settings for anything that may block/interfere with network traffic
• Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
• Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
