What kinds of pheripherials are you using? Do they require specific software, like Logitech Ghub for example?

I am using Xtrfy MZ1 which does not have any software at all. Im starting to think its Easy Anti Cheat doing this though. Ever since this issue started, I also had the issue where all discord audio cuts out when launching the game. This same problem also happened with Halo MCC when I tried starting it the other day and that game also uses Easy Anti Cheat. However the mouse disconnections didn't happen in Halo.

@Spartan0nyx, hmm, alright. I've seen more people reporting issues that are potentially related to EAC, so it could be that this is as well.

Have you already tried to repair/verify the game files to see if that fixes the issue?

This issue is far broader than EAC. This game (and this game only, in my case) seems to have issues with certain headsets or other USB peripherals connected to the system.
