Re: Can't join any game at all

I have similar issue after 3.2 patch on PC (steam). I'm getting kicked from match after 2-5 mins. There is an error about anti cheat authentication.

@EA_Atic yea im still having this issue, I tried using a fresh account too, still getting kicked, I've been trying to play for like a week now with no luck :c

@oban19  Try a cleanboot please.
Some installed/running software causes issues with EAC!

Cleanboot / Msconfig

reboot pc by a clean boot:

Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services !

Cleanboot is just a one time clean boot ! Next reboot all will be reset and a normal boot will be occure.
Use msconfig to disable apps permanent each for new reboot.
DISABLE ALL other processes, apps and services from booting with windows, check instructions below:
Use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open.
In the text box, typ MSCONFIG and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open".
Select the tab STARTUP (select OPEN TASK MANAGER), and disable apps/programs by right click at them!
Those disabled apps will no longer boot with Windows , till ya set them enabled again !

EAC INSTALL / REPAIR

If ya still get EAC issues then do this:
Press the Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
Press ALT key, select Tools > Folder Options > View, then check Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Navigate to the following location C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\ and delete the files:
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.sys
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe
Navigate to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming
Delete the folder EasyAntiCheat
Navigate to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp ,and delete ALL content.
Close File Explorer.

Now navigate to the INSTALLATION folder of youre BF2042:
*** example C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 2042 ***
In this folder open the EasyAntiCheat folder.

In this folder ya see a file EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe

right click at this file and select to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
Now select to Install or repair EAC !
Reboot system and test Game (also select the game platform to RUN AS ADMINISTARTOR)
