Underbarrel Grenade Launcher/ Underbarrel shotgun + Menu issues

Summarize your bug Lower rail grenade launcher issues when using the + menu
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When equipping a weapon with a lower rail using the + menu, the grenade lauuncher/ shotgun always come out empty. I have to manually switch to the grenade launcher/ underbarrel shotgun to load it. It is very obnoxious. I can't access to the + Menu when I'm using the grenade launcher or the underbarrel shotgun. When approaching an ammo crate, it doesn't refill the grenade launcher shells or the underbarrel shotgun cartridges.
What happens when the bug occurs? - Grenade launcher/ underbarrel shotgun always empty when equipped via the + Menu - Cannot access the + menu while using the underbarrel grenade launcher or the underbarrel shotgun. - Can only refill grenade shells or underbarrel shotgun cartridges with the Angel crates and not the regular ammo crates.
What should be happening instead? Underbarrel accessorie should comme already loaded when equipping it via + Menu, the + Menu should be accessible when using underbarrel accessories and more way to reload them should be available.

The Underbarrel accessories are something I'm using really often, wether I need to use a smoke to cover my progression or switch to incendiary for attrition or anti vehicle shells to destroy light vehicles. I use the Underbarrel shotgun in confined space to clear rooms.

So I noticed a LOT of issues with the Underbarrel Grenade LAuncher and the Underbarrel Shotgun accessories, especially when using the + Menu to manage them.

When  jumping into a game wwith an underbarrel attachment by default, everything's fine. But if I want to change it through the + menu, they always come out empty. I have to manually switch to them to reload them.
When equipping accessories in the + Menu, our soldier does automatically whatever is necessary to switch the accessories, he changes ammo by himself for example. Why does  the underbarrel accessories are appearing under the rail empty then? It's obnoxious and it cost me my soldier's life from time to time because I muscle-memorized to always switch to the attachment in order to load it after using the + Menu to equip it.

Another issue with the underbarrel accessories and the + Menu is that while using the underbarrel grenade launcher or the underbarrell shotgun, I cannot open the + Menu. I hold T and nothing happens. I don't know if it's the same for console players but that needs to be fixed too.

One last thing. When approaching ammo  boxes, we get refillled in ammo for our weapons and gadgets excepts for the underbarrel GL or the underbarrel shotgun. Rockets and Stingers are refilled but not the underbarrel accessories. That even happens in Portal for BFBC2 and BF3 when back in those games the underbarrel accessories were replenished when approaching an ammo box. This is a huge miss.

The only way to refill them is by using an Angel crate.

I hope this will get upvoted enough so Dice can see it because it's infuriating. I thought this issue would be one of the first adressed ASAP but I  think not many people noticed them after all. This issue has been there since the release.
