anyone have a fix - was hoping the patch today would fix the issue. still nothing. I am pretty frustrated.

I'm desperate about this situation. I'm on ps4 and ps5 and the issue is still present. I cant use Sundance's anti armor grenade. Its been several months now and i think it started in January as well. Please help!
