Can't log in and get this error message. 

An Undefined Error Occurred 

Error code 15:136006S:136001S:13C-13561655840

I tried restarting a couple of times but still get the error.

    Came here to report that I am also unable to connect to the game and get to the main menu (PC)

    Update:  It's working again for me.

    same. Started with unable to load persistence data error.

    I'm just now getting back on and I am able to log in.

    It would be nice to know what the issue was though.
