Experiencing map glitches today. Load into the game with a chopper and I am sent to the "basement" of the map or under the map. You can see multiple layers of map above and cannot move. When using the tv missle, the view it shows is under the map.
I've seen this happen online through videos, and a few years ago personally, restarting fixed it. Any word on when this will be fixed?
This just started Happening to me too! It happens every time now when I play Conquest Co-op/AI mode. The two maps I know this happens constantly at is Kaleidoscope and Renewal. What happens is when I pick a vehicle (Air or Ground) at the start of the match, everything works fine. But then when I die and I try to either spawn into a new vehicle, or climb into an existing one, thereafter it sends me to the "basement" of the map. If I am in a air vehicle, I stay in the basement and that all I can see, but the plane is still flying and I eventually crash. If it's a ground vehicle, I get sent right back to the basement if I jump out and jump back in. Help!
EA_Rtas The issue was happening on Spearhead, Kaleidescape, and Renewal in those instances. The next time it happens I'll record. It's nothing different from what I've seen in videos or read about online, but no firm explanation why. Logic leads me to it just being a communication error of sorts, between what, I do not know.

This is a known issue with solo/coop but there haven't been any fixes yet, unfortunately. There is a megathread about it here if you want to read through it:

If you want to play against AI without this happening, I'd suggest building a Portal playlist for yourself. Generally speaking, this issue doesn't happen with Portal.
