Once I was able to call a time out and that solved the issue, but this shouldnt be happening.Ive also had the game take over completely and I could not control any defensive players even though one was highlighted.If you use simming in OT the game does offer you a chance to stop the sim at least on slow mode, the game just keeps playing CPU vs CPU, nothing I can do stops the game.

Went to Overtime. The CPU won the toss and they selected Defense. It just auto selected my response. Then I see a zoom in to the 50 yards line. Players from both teams walking by. The game is stuck. I can hear audio but no matter what button I press I cannot advance or exit. I had to close the game. Unfortunate because this was an epic game.

Game then went straight in to overtime with time still on the clock. Game then made the overtime choices for both teams before freezing. I had this same issue. I kept it on that screen for a while as I was seething and eventually, some guy started to slowly make his way into the frame of the picture gradually moving from the upper right corner to the left. He was moving his arms around like a ref making a call.

I think there is a bug in that when the game goes into OT, the game freezes and locks up after the coin toss. It happened three times ☹️

I've had this occur twice. But, I've laaso had multiple successful OT games in RTG. Interestingly, in the ones that were successful, the screen mentioning overtime rules and then the coin flip information never showed. It just went straight to OT.
Once, after the second OT, it did go to the OT rules screen prior to showing the handshake video and moving on to the 2 point conversions.
EVERY time I get to OT and it shows the rules and handshake and coin flip graphics the game freezes at a picture of the field.

@GoBlueBrad Yup. I was able to get out of it by calling a timeout but the other times it froze. I couldnt do anything. It just sat there.

Same thing. Went through coin toss and selection, then froze on field with no players. Sound of stadium still there.

Had it happen again last night. This time it froze before overtime started just a shot of the 50 yard line. Couldnt do anything except close the game.
