Substitution issue
In my dynasty after I auto-reorder my players the running back is never my top one. It puts the last one in on my depth chart list. When I try to sub him out, the game won't let me and leaves him in. How do I get my best RB to come in the game and not my last one on the depth chart

How do I get a refund for CFB26?
I bought this game when it came out. I was not happy with a lot about the game. I gave it some time and there has been a title update already. I’m still not happy with the game. I am especially upset about the blocking logic and the computer ‘cheating.’ Some examples of my frustration are… Zone plays to the right and no one blocks the edge rusher. Non-read runs where my backside tackle leaves the DE alone to go get the alley defender. It’s even worse because I’m using the wide formations. Run plays where a shaded guard bypasses the man shading him and the 2nd level defender to go get a safety 10 (even 20) yards off the ball. It even shows that as his assignment in the pre-play graphic. Glance RPOs, stick RPOs, and other give/pass RPO plays where o-linemen do not block down defensive linemen to get 2nd or 3rd level defenders instead. Iso run plays…my sniffer on the play side often runs through a backside gap when his assignment is the play side linebacker. Power and counter plays…the first puller wraps up to the second level and the second puller tries to get the first threat. Enough about crappy blocking logic. I have my speed threshold set so that faster players are significantly faster than slower players. My 96 speed HB gets walked down by backside linebackers with speed ratings in the 80s. I have so many complaints, but this is long enough. I want my money back for this game.

I recently got an error message that my account has been denied access to the feature of playing ultimate team. I’m not quite sure why this is and I spent a lot of money on the game itself and on buying packs so if I could kindly, please get her answer to why I’m getting this feature message. Error - Ultimate Team - The Sphinx - Riddle #4
For some reason, I am unable to play The Sphinx Riddle #4 ultimate team challenge. Every time I select it, then go to play solo, an error pops up saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” It’s been a day or two and I continue to get locked out of the ultimate when attempting to finish the challenge.

Playbook switched at third overtime
Made it to a third overtime and when I went to select a play for the alternating two point conversions I realized my playbook has switched to some other playbook. None of the formations were correct, none of the audibles, the game plan, etc. It was as if the game disabled my playbook. I was using a custom playbook in a dynasty game vs the CPU. I think it may have switched it to the generic playbook I selected for my coach character at the start of creating him for the dynasty.

Dynasty Too Many Leagues Error - You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues.
It says I am the commissioner of 20 leagues, and now I can’t start a new franchise. I look up my gamer tag and I have no active leagues. This is the first day what’s the fix? CM: Edited to update thread title to include more context

Road to glory is HORRIBLE
(Road to glory mode) is terrible . As users we can’t get full control of the playbook/ play call during offense , no cuts scenes to feel more intune with the user created player. Too much simulated gameplay . No high school start to fulfill the real life college football player journey smh . We need a PATCH to correct some of these issue . This game is still 2 years behind next gen standards. Developers sucks .just overall LAZINESS

The Sphinx - Riddle #4 Error Can't Complete
I cannot complete The Sphinx - Riddle #4 Challenge. Every time I click on 'Play Solo' I get an error message that says "Error - Our Servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later." I have completed every other The Sphinx challenge except this one. Changing my lineup does not work, auto-generating a brand-new lineup doesn't help. It kicks me out of Ultimate Team any time I try to play this #4 challenge. I can start and play all other The Sphinx challenges with the same lineup. The #4 is broken for me no matter what I try.

Possible updates?
It would be cool to be able to add stadium upgrade points after winning a national championship for schools even smaller schools to drive in recruits. Just a thought. Also industrial tackle record for each school. Also allow committed recruits to decommit during recruiting

RTG-QB issues (pass block, inaccurate passes, and drop passes when jumping)
When playing RTG with a QB there are many issues from my perspective. 1.) Block shed is ridiculous in this game this time around regardless of which team i play. I really do understand that block shed occurs in real life but not in this magnitude. I have a strong Oline all in the 90's yet they cannot block long enough for my receivers to break into their routes. 2.) When I do get passes off cleanly its great but the minute I play a top 25 team accuracy is out of the window, I over throw screens and corner routes and crucial downs. I have a hard time making it to my flats accurately. 3.) Following up on not being able to make accurate throws, if I do make a good throw when playing a ranked team they ALWAYS jump which ALWAYS forces a knockout. I make these same throws against most teams but if the team im playing is ranked my wide-outs and tightends WILL JUMP and the ball WILL get knocked out. 4.) Nothing is perfect i get that but if it ain't broke don't fix it. Just add to it. The issues I encounter weren't prevalent in last year's itteration so just add to what was already great. Im not a developer but im sure we can do better. Please don't become Madden!

Recruits disappearing from Recruiting Board
I have created 3 offline dynasties. In each dynasty, there is always one specific position on my recruiting board where the player will disappear from the recruiting board. Here are some things to note: The recruit is still unsigned when he is removed from my recruiting board. The scholarship offered and recruiting hours put into the recruit no longer exists, which means I have lost recruiting hours because of this. When I re-add the player to my recruiting board, I have to send him another scholarship. I never receive any recover points for the player being removed from my board. This seems to happen when I advance to the very next week. In one dynasty, the punter position was removed every week. In my current dynasty, it is now the fullback position being removed every week. Could someone please help me with this? I've lost out on recruiting hours because of this bug. It is very frustrating. Thank you.

Cannot Control Players with Keyboard or Gamepad in FC 25 (Steam Version on PC)
Dear EA Support, I purchased FC 25 via Steam to play on my gaming PC, but despite multiple attempts, I still cannot play the game properly due to control issues. Initially, I connected my Xbox 360 controller, which had just been working fine on my Xbox console. However, when used with FC 25 on PC, the directional pad seemed stuck or unresponsive. Thinking it might be a hardware issue, I even ordered a brand-new controller, but the same problem occurred. I then re-tested both controllers on my Xbox, and they worked flawlessly — clearly, the issue lies with the PC version of the game. Next, I attempted to play using keyboard controls instead. Unfortunately, I found that the WASD keys (used for player movement) do nothing — the player simply won’t move at all. I can still access menus and perform mouse-based navigation, but actual gameplay is impossible using only the keyboard. Everything else in the game loads and runs normally until it comes to actual gameplay, which is where I'm completely unable to control my player. This situation is extremely frustrating. I've been a loyal supporter of your football titles and have collected nearly every installment. Please don’t let me down this time. I would appreciate your urgent help in resolving this. Otherwise, I will have to consider requesting a refund, as the game is currently unplayable for me. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards,

I have been playing head 2 head with my friends and I finally get to the national championship and a minute into the game I get a desync error and it counts as a loss and I don’t get my rewards I have been working to get, it kicks you out of games all the time and gives you the loss for it, it is not fair

Dynasty deletes recruits
I run an odd offense that is combo smashmouth and spread. I need fullbacks to complete the smashmouth portion. Every time I select a prospect and start recruiting, the game deletes the player from my prospect list. I’ll select the player desired, start scouting, and offer a scholarship. I save the recruiting and then play the next game. After i advance to the next week I check my recruits and the fb is always gone and i got to do it all over again. Very annoying.

Can't play ,"there was an error retrieving your currency balances"
Like title says, I'm getting a frozen screen with the message, " there was an error retrieving your currency balances". No idea why I'm getting this error, I bought the game when it came out last summer. Been playing it in dynasty mode for a year now. When this pops up I can't do anything, can't even change game modes. Really annoying, can't play the game I bought and no one to contact for help. Why is it so hard to just play a game you bought.
