Hey Everyone,
Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you are running into.
If you are getting error messages "CE-108255-1" or "CE-100096-6" Please try the steps from Sony:
If this keeps up, let us know the following:
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which platform are you on?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

@EA_Illium None of the quick fixes from the Sony error code fix anything. Anytime I play a game it will crash within a play or two. It has happened in the menus of Dynasty or the main menu after starting the came. Paying extra money to play the game early for you to ignore everyone on here telling you that these quick fixes do not work and for you to keep suggesting them needs to stop.

Hey Everyone,
Brief update here, we have passed this on for the team to be aware of.
If you haven't so far, please try the steps from Sony:
As well as the following
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Perform a power cycle.
- Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
- Turn it back on after one minute.
- Launch your game.
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
did all of this still did not work unfortunately

@EA_Illium Any update on this? We all have tried the fixes you've suggested and we still have a broken game.
- Paxmallot2 years agoNew Scout@EA_Illium I can speak for everyone here please stop suggesting the exact same steps a million times. All we want is for someone from EA to say we are aware of these issues and are working to fix all crashing overheating and graphic glitches for the next patch which in theory should be by Friday. Stop with the BS copy and paste responses.
Monday night after uninstalling and reinstalling the game I was able to play about two hours straight uninterrupted. Tuesday I did not play any games but simmed a dynasty for a few hours and also had no crashing. Tonight I jump on and experienced crashing 4 times again, most of it happening in the first quarter. Getting real sick of the same team intro over and over and over from having to restart!

@EA_Illium Hello? Did you get fired? Is there another community manager that might have an answer for us? Just anyone that is willing to do their job.

- @Garrettcrawbuck worst part about it is if you check his profile he has been active and just chooses not to respond actual joke
So we're being deliberately ignored! That's going to look fantastic if any class actions come out from this.
@EA_Illium A simple "EA is currently looking into this issue, however we do not currently have a solution" Would at least hold us off for a week. Talk to your customer service manager and come up with something to say. Come on.
