Which mode has this happened in? Road to Glory
Summarize your bug Happens in all modes, sometimes even before I load one up, it's gotten better over time but a lot of it happened during character/coach creation, atm I can't get past looking at controls on my first practice session. I have a recently refurbished Xbox X, everything else runs fine.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up any mode and try to play. Or even just sit there and wait
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and lets audio track finish and then nothing works, can't open menu, can't turn off Xbox unless I hold down button.
What do you expect to see? A working game.

It's incredibly frustrating, I've reinstalled so many times, it's a new Xbox that was factory reset, customer services was no help.
