What happens when the bug occurs? I GET ANNOYED THAT EA DOESN'T TEST THIER VIDEO GAMES BEFORE RELEASING CONTENT

You shouldn't need tons of information to fix this it's a obvious problem that shouldve been noticed in testing it's obviously happening regardless of platform remove the incomplete pass star requirement or give everyone the star by default you guys screwed it up

Summarize your bug:

The challenge to force an incomplete pass does not pop even when you successfully do this. I have swatted balls away, forced the QB to throw away, hit the QB as he was throwing to force him to miss, and even gotten an interception but I never get the star for completing this action. Sometimes a pop up will occur during the game saying 1/1 but when the challenge ends, I still don’t get the star. Other times the pop up does not happen. 
How often does the bug occur?  100% always
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
start the challenge, force an incomplete pass, finish the challenge and see that the star is not given. 
What happens when the bug occurs? 
receive a max 4/5 stars for both challenges

This is still broken but here’s the best work around.

1. Goal line defense will make them audible to a pass.

2. Manually set you OLBs coverage to a zone, probably curl hook or flat is best. 
3. Take over a DT and play middle of the field coverage.

This gives you the best chance to get them to throw 3 times. Just have to get 2/3 incomplete passes. 

It’s not ideal but it worked after about 5 tries each challenge.

Has the badge show up in gameplay and later would lose it at the screen where you get the stars. 

I even had my nephew play it and he was super excited like yeah that was a real glitch 

Tried the interception as was advised that didn't get the immediate badge nor did it count as a star

You have to force the qb to throw a incomplete pass, whether by tackling him or making him throw it out of bounds.

I'm having all the same issues on an Xbox series one x completed all challenge parameters multiple times still only receiving 4 stars on most challenging difficulty. All boxes check that it's been co.pleted but it just won't give the 5th star on both surprise surprise and red shirt reads.

Summarize your bug - When forcing an incomplete pass via, pick, swat, throw away or any such matter the incomplete pass challenge is checked however, when the challenge is completed it will only give out the four starts for each of the challenges above and does not count the incomplete pass goal. 
How often does the bug occur? This has happened ever time I have tried and successfully gotten an incompletion. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, try and cause an incompletion.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game only provides 4 stars for the Red Shirt Reads and Suprise Surprise challenges.

Have you guys forgotten about this issue or do you just not care? It's been broken for at least 5 days

I have completed all of the challenges for Gerod Holliman for “Red Shirt Reads” and it still did not give me my 5 stars. I just need to be awarded with something, I have done more than 5 times and still does give me the 5 stars. It’s been doing this for about two weeks

@jubbietrippinif it is not fixed: the first 2 holliman challenges requires 2 incomplete passes.
you can try to lineup in goalline defense, that mostly forces the offense to audible into a passing play.
if you not be able to force 2 incompletions and the offense wants to punt, run offside to give the offense another 1st down and you chances for more passes to get the 2nd incompletion...

You have to make them throw an incomplete twice! Make them do it the first time then on 4th down go offside as many times you have to to give them a first down then make them throw another incomplete!

Thanks bro this was the only way I could get the stars for this challenge. 

Same issue, legends challenge 

Holliman force incompletion. Have done it repeatedly and it's the last 2 stars needed to complete the challenges..shows complete on screen when it happens but does not give star. Have reset multiple times and still preventing me from completing! EA y'all should send a code to everyone with this issue to get last pack/reward!
