Weekly’s not tracking properly (again)

Summarize your bug The tracking for weekly’s and milestones never works with the “get 2 INTs, fumbles or whatever with 2 ______ players” and then “get 4 INTs, fumbles or whatever with 3 ________ players”. I have the right amount of players in and it’s not tracking the weekly INT or fumbles one again this week. I have sent in videos and talked to techs thru the chat and this is ridiculous. It’s not like CFB25 has a lot of opportunities to earn coins or things like Madden does so when these don’t work its kills UT gameplay. Then unlike Madden there are never “make rights” no mister how many times you write in. I am at the point I want to request my money back because I only got the game for Ulutimste Team and it really sucks that it never works right. The “weeklies” and “milestones” always have problems.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure I am using a PS5 and it happens every week for me. I tried to load a video showing I have the correct players in the line up and am doing this right but it’s too big to send here even though I was able to to EA thru the EA help chat. Give me somewhere to send the video.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t track your progress
What do you expect to see? I want to see that it works and if it doesn’t I want to see make rights for EA not doing it properly. Madden has had “make rights” for years. Also Madden does not try this 2 players for so many and 3 players for so many thing. Since it has not worked once this year just stop doing it. Make them separate so we can earn more since we only have Legend challenges. With no challenges we can earn money to buy players.
I already had 2 INTs when I went in to do my “dailies” today. Since then I played and had 2 more INTs and yet they were not tracked. It seems to happen every week. I have contacted EA help about this multiple times and they just told me to try here. This is insane that it happens every week and I have contacted in to EA help about this so many times already.
