Re: Launcher failure with C&C Tiberian Twilight

Can you take a screenshot and upload it to imgur or some other image hosting site? But before you do try restarting your computer and then running the game in administrator mode (right click on the launcher - run as administrator) and see if that fixes it. If not then post the screenshot.

    Hello carlethompson,

    Please try the following steps:

    If immediately after launching C&C4 Tiberian Twilight, before the login screen appears, you receive a lengthy error message beginning with "Unhandled Exception:..." please follow the steps below:

    Try updating Microsoft .Net Framework to either 3.5 or 4.

    Same problem here!  Net framework fixes dont work.

    Hello there eppdad,

    Make sure your drivers are up-to-date, that your firewall is disabled (as Tiberian Twilight requires you to be connected to the Internet, but your firewall may be preventing it from connecting).


    Finally, run it as administrator.

    sup bro this worked for me

    1. Go to your C&C4 installation folder and right click CNC4.exe and choose properties

    2. Choose to run the program in compatibility mode Windows XP Service pack 3

    3. Also check the little box below to 'run as administrator"

    4. Go to your Origin installation folder and delete IGO32.dll

    all i did was find the CNC4Game icon in my origin games download folder, right clicked and used troubleshoot compatibility and did what windows suggested and it worked, been trying forever to actually play it, and it never would lunch till now :D

    Chevlove. it worked for me. tried everything including calling the idiots at EA Games. they said oh, it doesn't work on a mac.. bro... I'm running windows 7, it doesn't matter and plus all my other games worked. just delete IGO32.dll even if your running 64 bit and your solid.

    Now I know why everyone said im not buying the game unless Steam offers it. Steams awesome, and this is the last and only game I'll buy threw Origin. Download Steam, less headaches
