Severely, we seriously demand no pay to win in Command & Conquer: Legions, assuredly. Pay to win business is devastating the game. Pay to win is affecting the game unbalanced and worst. Everyone is equal. Everyone must have same game playing experience. For no pay to win. Only cosmetics are allowed on sale.
Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection
I have The C&C Ultimate Collection and play Red Alert with Counterstrike and Aftermath virtually every day. It has worked ok since I first paid and installed it. For the last few days, when I start Red Alert from the EA App it start loading and then I get a blank screen and the PC hangs. I have to cntl/alt/del to get to Task Manager and cancel ra95.dat to get control of my PC back. It may or may not be related to the latest Windows update which was a big one. I contacted EA support chat and he suggested clearing the cache via the Start Menu, EA, App Recovery but that did not solve the problem. He suggested reverting Windows back, but this version does not allow it and a) trying could screw up my entire PC b) the problem may not be related to the Windows update anyway (talk about a hammer to crack a nut). He then told me to uninstall Red Alert and re-install it in the EA App. So, ok, I uninstalled it from the three dots in the Library (I had already tried repair and that did not work). But then there is no icon for Red Alert to re-install it. I have lost the game completely and the key that was registered to my original download!! He literally then said he couldn't help me and ended the conversation having made me uninstall the game completely. I can't even keep trying in the hope it might work as it is no longer on my PC. Incredible! EA can see I have paid and downloaded C&C Ultimate Collection already. Why can't they give me a key to download it all again or at least download Red Alert. That is the worst customer service I have ever known. Am I the only one to have this problem?
Kane Fallen Prophet skin does not appear in C&C Rivals vanity store
This is the second time this year that the Kane Fallen Prophet skin is announced via in-game inbox email on the Android version of Command and Conquer Rivals and once more the skin doesn't actually show up in the vanity store. I'm sharing screenshots hoping to raise awareness of this issue in order to gain the attention from the community manager who can help address this issue. Dear EA, Given all the effort taken to ignore the multiple requests to support C&C Rivals mobile game, address the performance issues, bugs, requests for balance, while still monetizing (cashing in) through its in game store, as a customer I won't even watch the Legions trailer. I'm sure hundreds of players will take the same approach, after being left behind by EA support so many times. Tempest Rising is coming out soon, and hopefully puts an end to the miserable job you've done with the C&C Franchise.Command and Conquer Rivals - Android 15 issues
EA_David Hello, Google released their OS v15.0 and it is causing issues to C&C Rivals APP. The game loads, but it then starts lagging, replays don't play, and at times the game won't play. Could you please update the app for compatibility with Android 15? Also before it is released into Samsung and other android devices has that will impact thousands of players.
Restore association between Google Play and player profile
Hi there. I post this upon request of one of your support agents, as apparently this is needed to have the case screened by the admins (which is strange to me but anyway...) I used to play CnC Rivals with two profiles, each associated with an email address in google play. I did the switch by logging out and in again on the same Android device. I believe at a certain point I haven't completed the process and wanted to return to the original profile, but instead of doing that, I think I have associated the same profile to both email addresses. Now I cannot access anymore the profile named after my forum username. I kindly ask you - if possible - to restore the association between my email address and the player profile. Good day, There is a recurring bug where a unit doesn't fire. It has been seen with NOD laser troppers, bikes and on the GDI side it happens to the jumpjet trooper and disruptor. The attached in-game recording shows the issue. The laser troopers should have attacked the buggy or the banshee but remain inactive. It happens on androind and iphones regardless of the version. Could you please review and provide an update? Best regards.
Time for a new C&C Remaster
Hello EA Games and hello fellow C&C fans! The C&C Remastered Collection was a success for EA, both loved by gamers and also sold very well. Just this year C&C The Ultimate Collection went live on Steam and immediately got into the top 20 most popular steam titles where it held for like a month EA's surprise megadump of classic Command & Conquer games means Europe's March game sales were dominated by 25-year-old RTSes, beating WWE 2K24 and Nintendo (article by PC Gamer) It's been 4 years and complete radio silence from EA on the future of C&C as a real RTS game on PC and console, where the series belongs, no offense to mobile gamers. The demand for say a second remastered collection with Red Alert 2, Tiberian Sun or Generals or who knows maybe a completely new title is there and it's real. People on the C&C communities in Reddit and Facebook still ask about it regularly although they're beginning to doubt if we'll ever see something. The release of C&C Ultimate Collection on Steam this March and the huge success it was made fans hopeful that this actually means EA has not forgotten about the series and was planning to do something with it. The guys at Petroglyph and Lemon Sky who did the first remasters have said they're willing to do it again, the community wants it, the games sell well, what more is needed? We're eagerly awaiting to hear back from EA Games as we always have been throughout the years. PC: Red Alert 3 Game wont start with original Hardcopy Licence
The game doesent start, repair and reinstalling doesent help. Starting in Admin Mode seems to lunch a ancient login mask, where key validation fails due to "being offline". Probabbly a Licencing Problem any Ideas? Check screenshots Thx for help! Cheers Tom

hello,ive been trying to play red alert 3 on hp laptop with windows 10 and keep getting the directx 9.0 error message i have put a picture up of the error but tried all the advise i have seen online to try and fix it any ideas or does anyone know what would be a good laptop to get to run red alert 3 on and it will work ??
