Crash or freeze on ultimate team cfb 25

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? College Football Ultimate Team
Summarize your bug When I play with my friend in ultimate team duos when loading in and displaying the player cards it freezes and or kicks me
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurs when I enter a game on ultimate team nobody can play until it kicks me
What happens when the bug occurs? Everyone cannot play until I’m not in the game
What do you expect to see? A fix

    I have the same exact issue ! None of my friends have this issue. I have literally deleted the game twice, and it will still freeze every now and then. BUT I do get in the game every now and then if the CORRECT person on the other team leaves, but sometimes it still doesn’t continue. EA has give no response to me and is useless in this case. I’m not sure what we can do. If you find a fix let me know please

    This continues to happen to me. I get into games, it freezes, and I am taunted via PSN messages by the people who know how to exploit the issues. This is a criminal matter, and I will be dealing with it as such.

    I'm sure they will be providing updates soon. The game has only been out for 6 weeks. We need to be patient.

    That’s also happening to me on ps5 console. I can’t play ANYTHING on ultimate team. No solos challenges , no h2h, not even practice cause as soon as I select something and hit ‘play/continue’ it crashes with a “ error: our servers cannot process your request at this time. Try again later”

    Game is dog *, they haven’t fixed any of the issues for any of us. I can’t even play it, cause it freezes and they can’t give me any true answers
