Re: Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I had an issue solved , finally.

Uk based help service is basicly non existent.

2.5 hours on the phone and 4 hours waiting on the chat ...nothing.

Changed it to US version and Live Chat answeared in 12 minutes yesterday. With the help of Harry I have at least been assurred that it should work soon as they had some technical problems.

Maybe not sorted but talking to sombody and knowing there is an actual human beings working on it is better than UK based service not bothering at all.

Today Alejandro from US based Live Chat issued me new Key code and I redeemed Dead Space3 in a minute, its already downloaded. .

Great service US .. go to hell UK

    From last many responses, I came to know that you guys are having issue with WAIT TIME.

    Another trick for you guys:

    When going into Chat, you have to fill your Game name (Product, first thing to fill)

    Select it as POGO or FIFA. I'm sure you will not face high wait time then. I'm not saying that it will decrease it for some seconds but I'm sure you will not have to wait for hours.

    TRY IT..............
