It's a known issue.
Unfortunately everyone will have this issue and the second you dismantle your vanilla planet cracker, it'll break.
The only way to properly restore it to how it should be is to either reload a save before you dismantle it or get a blueprint of the original version and build it from that (though the latter isn't confirmed to work for everyone)
