I am sorry to hear about your account bane in the game.  

Account bans aren't something we'll be able to help with here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already please get in touch with the Terms of Service Team so they can review your account. They will need to see if the account ban can be lifted. For more information on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. 

Just in case please also update your account security by following this article from our website.
