Re: skirmish error

@COZCAD Yeah, that's the old copy protection. It's kind of a random thing. I heard that a reinstall often helps.

I have been running C&C for years without issue. In the past few months, however, the game crashes every time I launch Skirmish mode (my personal favorite). This happens on both my desktop and my Surface Pro. I have reinstalled more than three times on each machine without success. Any advice on how to resolve?

@Orca23 Please don't post new questions in existing threads. Your issue is clearly a different one than the one the thread is about; the thread's about units blowing up, not about crashes. Also, you never even mention which of the C&C games you're talking about.
