Re: Can we have an option to turn of interactive revive for support class?

Hey @ruifxmas,

I get what you mean, however, I am afraid that it's not really possible to make exceptions for these kinds of situations as of course a revive should always take priority over a reload if you have the option to revive a player when you're standing next to them.

How else would you like to see it, if I may ask? Feedback is always welcome!

1 - You hear the enemy running towards you. Reloading and engaging him is the only option to survive since taking out defibs, reviving, and then switching back means you're certainly dead.

2 - You're Zain and you need to reload airburst in order to kill a camper that's overlooking you and your downed squad mate in order to perform a revive.

3 Its always the best practice to attend to yourself first. Since you're the one who is more aware of the situation and has a choice, the game should let you make that choice instead of forcing you into a possibly dangerous situation.
  • @EA_Leeuw Ya think? I'd say clearing the area would take priority since there's no point reviving if you're both under fire.

@59hushy6ywi8, one would (or could...) assume that the area is already clear and you've reloaded everything / you're ready, after clearing the area, before going in for the revive. 🤔

I would say smoke is the best option here as it would give more time to do both reload or revive, in my opinion the only reason a support should be able to revive is if they picked up a medics kit but hey..
