Re: Purchased product - I want the ISO.

If you're talking about The Ultimate Collection... there is no iso. Things simply aren't done that way any more. Sorry.

And it's a good thing, too, because the CD installer programs of the first two games simply no longer run on 64 bit systems, since they're 16-bit windows programs (the windows 3.11 generation). There's not a single emulator out there that can still run those.

Which game specifically were you talking about, though? The oldest three are freeware, and don't require anything to run them. They have also all been upgraded with community-created unofficial patches that fix a lot of their compatibility problems. You can find them here:

Thank you for the reply. I have "The first Decade" so I have most of the them already but I really don't have the most recent ones and I'd like to have them local (ISOs).

The part I have the MOST problem with, and the reason I want the ISO's, is that I have to login to Origin. I do not like this at all. I really just want to play it at home when I have the time. I have wife and kids so most of my time is late at night and I really just don't like having everything monitored while I'm playing. (don't tell me they don't track when and what you play and for how long, I work in the IT industry and I won't believe it.)

If I could play the games WITHOUT having to log into Origin, I'd be happy with that.

Also, this machine is not permanent, I'm planning to move to another system and I'll have to go through this whole download install process again provided they let me do it again since I've already installed them once.

Thank you for commenting, I really appreciate your input.
