Re: DA: Origins - My DLC Is Not Appearing Anywhere!

Leliana's Song does not appear within your current game as DLC.
It's under "Other Campaigns" on the Main Menu.

Thank you but there's no "Other companions" in the main menu... I searched and still didn't found anything. And i'm pretty sure i've downloaded it for like, million times already and still I don't know what's the problem. My brother says that you have delete all your load game and start a new game, but I don't know if Leliana's song will appear if I did that... I'm afraid if I did that all my load game will be gone and Leliana's Song will not appear anyway and that I will have to play the game all over again so it will go like a complete waste. But should I do that and maybe this time it will appear or it's a complete waste and it has nothing to do with it?

    Hi farahsz,

You might need to enable the Updater. Check this sticky for further information:

    http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Origins/SOLUTIONS-UNAUTHORIZED-DLC-or-MISSING-DLC/m-p/470476/highlight/true#M1205

Also "Other campaigns" is visible between "Load game" and "Downloadable Content" on the menu screen. If you don't have extensions, it's greyed out by default like that:

Let us know if that worked.

Thank you but I didn't mean Dragon Age: Origins the PC game... I meant on my ps3. It didn't appear on my ps3 Dragon Age: Origins main menu. I bought Leliana's song on Playstation Store and since then it didn't appear anywhere. Not in the downloadble content or anything, plus, there's no 'Other Campaigns' appearing in the PS3 Dragon Age: Origins main menu so... I'm screwed?

I'm having the same problem here. I've downloaded all the DLC's through PStore and I can not enable in my game.
In the options page does not appear to be any downloadable item and when access Denerin and talk to Felix, selecting the option to accept the rod, a message tells me that I have to connect to EA and PSN, but I'm connected!

Have you either got mre than one EA / Bioware account, or did you try creating a password containing a character that is not alphanumeric?  An invalid password can get through the registration process, but after that, creates all sorts of problems for you.

Gorath my account on EA / Origin has the same email and password, but my psn account has a different email. Is this what is giving problem?

Possibly.  Do you get any options besides eMail when you get to the very last step for reaching an EA Game Advisor?  I say that, because the Chatline, Phone Call, and Twitter routes all are much faster and better than eMail.   That is the Official Tech Support site, after all.  If you haven't tried them yet, here's the routine:

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

    To do so:

            Go to https://help.ea.com/

Log in with your Origin account.

            Click on "Contact us"

On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

Select the available Contact method of your choice.

I have sent a request for help to EA and found that all my accounts (PSN, Origin / EA / Bioware Social) are interconnected. Nothing seems wrong. Anyway I still do not have access to any of the DLCs purchased.

What was their reply to why your DLC is hiding from you?  They are the actual Support, after all.  I personally have no idea what's wrong, and no one else dropping in today seems to know, either, so why haven't you asked them yet?

I have no idea why! mentioning i'm not playing it on PC, I meant my PS3. I tried everything I really could and still nothing appeared. Though my brother buys many games online and play it on his other video games and works perfectly fine with him but when I try to find my DLC at DAO nothing seems to appears... I know. Freaking mind-inception or something. Like seriously, this is so annoying! I wasted $8.99 on something that is hiding from me and no where to be found... I desprately need help here i've been waiting for solutions for literally weeks I don't know how nobody faced this problem ever...

What does it take to convince you that dancing all around in this forum is just wasting everyone's time?  We are game players, and very few of us who read the question ever played using any console.  We can't answer and no one else who plays on your type console has volunteered to help.  For Official Support, you have already been there, but wouldn't ask them the question?

IMO, you don't seem to want the help, you just want to complain, and that's not what we are here for.

I'm sorry if I made you think i'm complaining or something I really am not. I'm just looking for help here and if you don't know what's wrong with my problem, it's okay I never said that 'you have to help me' everyone can do what they want do... But thank you, at least you said something and actually tried to help which I really appreciate so please don't get me wrong. I'm new here btw so I don't really know what you mean by contacting them... Contact who exactly that may help?
