In C&C, cant play custom maps with more than 4 players

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to Skirmish and Online 2. Go to "User maps" and download any map that supports more than 4 players (Like "Heavy Metal") 3. Now fill the "open slot" with AI players until you have more than 4 and start the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The game stuck in the loading screen
What do you expect to see? the game actually starts
