Your decision to follow Morrigan, (or not) is indeed the end of the DAO story.

The whole point of the Witch Hunt  DLC is to resolve your Warden's relationship with Morri. 

You have three options.  And once you've picked, the credits roll.  There's nothing more.

(I happen to really like what they did with the last 5-10 seconds if you choose "Let her go...")
