How to fix Isolde's flag?

Hello there,

I am trying to replay Dragon Age trilogy this summer and I've come accross a rather nasty bug. With my mage, even though I kept Jowan imprisoned in Radcliffe Castle and never talked to him afterwards, the journal keeps saying that I've sacrificed Isolde to save Connor. I can verify the same by using the Dragon Age Stinstin tool for save analysis. It would appear that the flag has been set incorrectly.

From what I've understand, this is quite common bug. I however wonder if any way has been found to prevent and/or remove this bug, as keeping a list of "must fix" entries for import to DA2 or Keep sounds rather tiresome. Of course, if there is a chance that this is the only bugged quest, I might as well start building my Keep profile for now and make a save to import to DA2 later. I was just wondering if there is a way how to fix this flag to what really happened ingame (Isolde and Connor both alive, fought demon in the Fade).
