It sounds like your PlayStation and Origin account are not linked for some reason, or you are not connected to Origin.

If you're not connected, you should see a prompt to do so when at the Start menu.

If your PSN account is not already linked to an Origin account, you can do so with these steps: http://help.ea.com/ca/article/linking-your-gamertag-psn-id-or-ea-classic-screen-name/

If your PSN was previously linked to another Origin account, you can share your world state using these steps: http://help.ea.com/en/article/dragon-age-keep-on-the-wrong-origin-account/ 

You can also confirm if your PSN account is linked to your Origin account with the page https://dragonagekeep.com/en_US/account-check - the black bar on that page should say "PlayStation: 1" (or higher) and list your PSN name if you click on it.
