How to fix dragon age: origins promotional pack error?????

Try from http://social.bioware.com/da2/dlc_bundle/ instead (Simply log in with your Origin account details, select your platform and click on Unlock). You can then download them from "Your registered game content".

@EA_Zoe;  The player is asking about promotional DLC for the Dragon Age: Origins / Ultimate Edition, not DA2...  🤨

If you still have not get "Promotional Pack" to work, here is how I got it to work.

Start your game make sure in-game you logged in, then quit game after that go to your Origin click that "Get it for free".
