Re: Krem interaction bug on PC.

Confirming it as I can reproduce it in my game too.

But it's irrelevant actually, you won't learn anything worthwhile while still in Haven from Krem.

Talking to Krem is needed only once you move to Skyhold (new wartable missions after every main plot quest) and there the dialogue with Krem works flawlessly except Krem is sometimes standing on the chair instead of sitting on it. 😉
