Seeing Red strange quest glitch.

If it helps, 

I was in Emprise du Lion, my active quest was "Liberate Bone Tower", my party was Dorian, Sera and Blackwall.

Go back Skyhold, add Varric to your party. Should solve the problem.

You may reproduce this bug by browsing already solved quests and then exiting to "live mode". The game will display them all one by one as "solved".

I had this problem too.  Wasn't using Varric so that makes sense.

But I also have constant quest completion pop ups for things like the Lotus and Root quest.  Every time I harvest a plant pertaining to this quest it pops up.  Despite completing it way back in Haven.  Its not the only quest that does that either.  But one of the most frequent.  

Same issue here. Everytime I go near a red lyrium piece that needs destroying it keeps notifying me Seeing Red complete. I've also had a few completed quest just randomly pop up now and then saying I've completed them when I completed them days ago. All this not to mention the audio lag that I'm getting where I'll conduct an action like scroll down or level up and I'll hear the actual sound associated with that 3 seconds late. The longer you play the game the more the errors and bugs build up. plus the amount of collections you can't complete due to bugs... Errr.

I had this problem too, I had Varric, Cassandra and Blackwall. after taking down the giant lyrium clump on the hill it just kept repeating quest completed.

i agree with Joxer's post. Besides anyway if I remember right one of the parts of this "INNER CIRCLE" mission is you have to destroy the red Lyrium crystals with Varric in your party anyway. Most of the INNER CIRCLE missions will require that specific character to be in your party to complete them and have them to be "glitch free" in case you wonder why a specific character or whatever isn't showing up.

BTW if I remember right there is a near identical mission to this where one you just have to find them while the other you have to destroy them. Maybe since the first one wasn't completed that is why there was a conflict?

I had completed Varrics mission long ago. And I had him in my party, but I still got the glitch.

I had Varric in my party for most of the game, and I still have this problem.

Every time I get near a Red Lyrium Vein, the quest complete marker pops up 3 or so times.  Mildly annoying.

Nine years later, same problem. Seems like they've never fixed it and they never will.
