I ulpated my BIOS like someone suggested earlier and there was also a hotfix for patch 2 released today, which was otherwise forcing mesh quality to Ultra. I'm not sure which one helped but after 10 minutes of playing I havn't gone much further over 90°C, which is an improvement, but now the game is running at about 15 fps and I'm getting stuttering during dialogue.
