Error Message: R6025 - Pure Virtual Function Call

So I have tried a few different fixes, removing all mods, lowest settings for graphics, run in compatibility mode, run as administrator, repair game from Origin client, skip the crash casuing conversation, wait it out, and reinstalling, and nothing seems to be working.

I keep running across this error message "R6025 - pure virtual function call". The only "solved" thread I've seen was someone saying "you have killer software! let us know how you fix it!" And that was it. So less than helpful. Oddly enough, everything else works fine, all other areas and quests load correctly, I just can't do this one. I also run all these same mods on my laptop that is also windows 10 with no issues so I know it's not the mods causing the problems. The only thing I've done differently this play through is not kill Flemeth. She handed over the book and there was a small crash but I was able to just reload in and it worked fine. Now I can get to the end of the conversation with Morrigan and it completely crashes out. It's extremely frustrating because I'm pretty late in the game so starting over would be extra annoying.
