Re: [EA app] Dragon Age: Origins - Blood Dragon Armor

@AbdelAziz1193

Windows is blocking the download because the downland uses a http connection wile the side itself uses https. Windows detects this as a possible security risk.

Firefox

Edge

You can still download the file by clicking on the arrow or the dot menu and choosing "keep file" or "allow download" and install the it with the "DAUpdater.exe" (Dragon Age Origins\bin_ship\DAUpdater.exe) The file is save

The only alternative I see is a full clean uninstall of EA app and the game with Revo uninstaller.

    @AbdelAziz1193 Let us know if this works. If you were already entitled to it, you should have it. the Armor has been kind of broken for a while. I am doing a fresh install to test it though.

  • @holger1405 : Changing the link to https instead of http solved the problem. Thanks a lot!

    For some reason, now it asks for some other DLCs before it would load my progress, but I guess I can follow the same procedure with those.

    @Elena_Chase @EA_Shepard : FYI, and thank you

    Hi @AbdelAziz1193, If the game asks for DLC you already own, just follow the same steps. If you delete them and redownload them, it should resolve that issue. Its mainly a sync issue.
