Re: Way of the Assassin bug, Carta grunt 3rd assassin token.

My problem was solved.  Apparently those are not the only mobs that can drop the items.  I was able to pick up a 3rd one from an assassin-type NPC in the Western Approach doing some quests for the Frederick guy there.  Good to know!  I'm guessing any disappearing-type rogue mob might be able to drop them.

    This is not solved for me I just played 5 hours, going to all the areas mentioned with assassins, changing my difficulty to nightmare reloading saves over and over and still can not get the last token.

    Same here, Crestwood assassins won't respawn. Went through all other assassins, and got nothing.
