The game does not need a key if you brought it on Steam, if you get an error message about that the problem is either in your account or in a license file on your computer.

Try this:

  • Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
    (Not just minimised siting in the try, completely closed!)
  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
  • Delete the "License" folder.
  • Test

    It's not asking for registry key anymore but the game still not lauching it start then close it self

    It's probably a technical problem now.

    Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
