Bug "summon war council "

Hello everyone! 

Here's my problem :

I'm in the beginning of the game and the thing is that I don't know how to access my war council room . At first it worked I had the cutscene before acessing at the map . But after I couldn't anymore because everytime I do A (I'm in a pc with a xbox360 controller) there's not the cutscene when everyone appear, there's  only me in the room with my pajama I can go anywhere in the room . At first there is no door but then it appear and when I want to go back to the chantry's hall I have to use the door and there's "summon war council" (and I'm already in the war room ) it's strange . And before the door appear I can step back visit haven like nothing happened (and with my pajama on) . I don't understand , I think it's not related to thr graphics configuration (it's medium).

i tend to think that it's maybe the fact that I chat with my new advisors for the first time that  produce that or maybe my mods . 

I want to install a patch but I don't know how to do it . When I go to bioware's blog with patch 2 and 3, there's informations on what they fixed and there's no download link (plus I don't know which one to choose with my bug ).

I'll be glad if someone help me for this matter (my txt is long but I want to be precise)

    I have the same problem with my game on PC.

    I have done some quests in the Hinterlands and wanted to continue the quest named "The Threat  Remains" once I acquired "Power Level 4". The Quest states that I have to go to the "War Room" which is located in Haven.

    Upon opening the door to the "War Room" the screen shows that I have to "Summon the war council". After Right clicking, the screen shows my Character with very low health and in his pajama.

    There's no one else in the "War Room".  I can go anywhere in the room . At first there is no door but then it appear and when I want to go back to the chantry's hall I have to use the door and there's "summon war council" (and I'm already in the war room ) it's strange . And before the door appear I can step back visit haven like nothing happened (and with my pajama on).

    Can anyone tell me how to fix this bug.

    Note: I bought the game on September 29th 2015, have done a full install, graphics levels are set to low, I have use the "Repair game" option yesterday (October 10th 2015) as well as clicked on the update the game option. (There was no new content to download).

    Please help.

    @cyanAstrologist The problem in this thread is very old, from back in the early patches. It could be helpful if you could give your own description of your problem, as well as a dxdiag (instructions can be found in the spoilered section of this sticky). Thanks 🙂

    If you have any issues with Dragon Age: Inquisition please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
