Your message doesn't make your situation at all clear.  There is no "message" associated with the queue you wait in for a Game Adviser to be available.  There is a screwy count down clock that is totally inaccurate when the wait time exceeds perhaps three or four minutes (short delays being somewhat rare, and only during daytime hours).  Getting into a gueue after 10PM or on a weekend, the wait is potentially one to two hours, because the number of Advisers in those shifts is very small (some of the regional centers are so small that there is no weekend live support). 

The only "messages" that I am certain you can write are here at Answer HQ, and we have nothing at all to do with getting you into a Live Support queue, nothing whatsoever.

    I waited in the queue with the wait times until I was actually in a chat with a tech specialist. They didn't respond at to my questions or anything so I was just wondering what the issue was. I was actually in a chat with someone, so I am not sure what are so confused about. I know that the answer HQ is, and I didn't have any luck getting any real help on the DAI sub-forum, so I tried the other channel that EA has for technical support, and there was no feedback
