which OS are you using? You wont get very good performance even on pretty low with that card. I tried it on my second computer that has a 550ti in it (Desktop) and it was woeful. Being a mobile GPU, it will be way way below the 550ti. I checked and your GPU does support DX11. Post some specs if possible or a brief DX diag and maybe we can help.

The error message is misleading, and is used for various low performance video devices, such as Intel IGPs, which do in fact meet the Dx10 (or Dx11 in the case of Fifa 15) capability, although it should pass a GT 540, while rejecting a G.210
According to GPU Boss, a 540M is too slow, although there are people claiming to be happy with how the game runs for them with that mobile card. You may also have not maintained full control to keep an Optimus type from avoiding starting.
