What platform are you on? If you're on PC, you can find the files in [drive] > Program Files > Origin Games > Dragon Age Inquisition > Update. Not sure if destruction is multiplayer DLC 1 or 2, but deleting the relevant folder should get rid of it, regardless.

    Renaming the folder is a less permanent option. It will be "uninstalled" because Origin doesn't recognize the name, but all the files are still there in case you want to play it at a later date.
