Re: Temple of Mythal ritual - Companions *NOT* holding position

Don't know if it is a bug with your game or mine....but my companions didn't cause any issues no matter where they ran in the puzzles.  Only thing that effected the puzzle was the controled character.  So while my companions ran around like chickens with no heads, I did the puzzles and had to step carefully to not step twice on the same place.

Yeah. I just finished this the other night and other than a couple times I took a sharp turn that caused me to bump into a companion and get knocked back into a square I had just left, ruining that run (which was admittedly very frustrating) the movments of my companions were meaningless in my abilities to solve the puzzles. You don't need to make them hold position to complete any of the puzzles (though it would definitely make it easier if you COULD tell them to stay the heck out of your way.)

I had some issues, but I found that if I put the game into tactical mode then the orders were reliably followed. It was the Exalted Plains arrow puzzle that made me learn this lesson, so by Mythal I had no issues.

Tactical mode would NOT work for me when I did this. I just had to run the pattern and hope.

There was a shrine in Emerald Graves I tried to do this with too (where you have to light all four lights at the same time). They'd hold position, but they wouldn't all interact...only the first character I clicked on did it. I finally gave up.
