@preschoolcult A few people seem to be having some issues with this recently. One solution (which seems to be the least hassle) is to go to the EA help page here, log out (if you're logged in) then click the PSN button when logging back in to sign in. This should connect your EA and PSN accounts. Apologies for the poor explanation, I do not have a PSN account to test with, but others have described this as helping them with the issue.

Another solution that has worked for others is to download the free FIFA 17 demo (bit of a download unfortunately) and signing in to your EA account on that. Others have reported that this has solved their EA/PSN account issues with DAI.
